What can I do if the item I have purchased is not what I expected?
As long as the packaging is unopened and the goods are unused we are quite happy to receive them back. Please use this LINK for further instructions on what to do.

This means: the point in time when we post your goods.

What do we mean by DELIVERY?
This means: the point in time when you receive your goods.

If I am purchasing from outside the UK what will I be charged on my credit/debit card?
You will be charged in your own currency, and the exact amount will depend on the exchange rate at the time your card company charges you for the transaction. Please contact your card issuer for more information.
