Terms and CondtionsGuaranteeWe guarantee that all goods have been sent in good working order. Every item is hand checked for quality and usability before dispatch. Appropriate and secure packaging is always used. DisclaimerAlthough we endeavour to keep our site up to date products and packaging may differ from time to time. Some items may be pictured in groups, but all items are sold singly unless other wise stated in the descriptions. Please click here for Our Enquires Form Out of stock items and back ordersIf an item is are out of stock when we receive your order, we will notify you within 48 hours via e-mail telling you which items are been sent & which items have been put on back order to be deliverd later stating the expected delivery date, if this is not suitable for you just send a reply email requesting the items to be cancelled . If we do not receive a reply we wil dispatch the items on the expected delivery date. No further delivery charges are charged on part backorders. Refunds for any cancelled orders or back orders are made within 3 days of the cancelation. All dates or times that are given are estimated and we cannot guarantee their reliability, but will endeavour to keep you notified of changes that will effect your decision to purchase Items damaged when receivedYou must notify us by any means, within 7 days of receiving your order.Stating what is damaged, how it is damaged, and the state of the parcel when it arrived.Please retain all the items and packaging. Depending on the nature of the goods, and your preferences, we will either request for the items to be returned, replace the goods or send you a refund. Any return postal expenses will be refunded. Returning unsuitable itemsYou must notify us by any means, within 7 days of receiving your order. Stating what you wish to return, why the item is unsuitable, and whether you would like an exchange or refund (-delivery charges). Providing the item and packaging is unopened and undamaged we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund (-Delivery Charges). We will then contact you requesting the item be safely packed for posting and returned. This must be done within 7 days of contact from us.Once we have received the item and all is ok we will send you replacement or refund (- Delivery Charges) within 3 days. Purchaser pays for return 1st class post unless otherwise agreed. Faulty itemsPlease notify us as soon as possible by any means. Each case is assessed on its own circumstances. Lost in PostIf your item does not arrive, please be patient. We will not consider a First Class parcel lost until 14 days have passed. This does not happen very often and if an item does not arrive promptly, it is still very likely that it will arrive within the 14 days. If an item is delayed, we cannot take any action until 14 days have passed. Unfortunately we cannot trace any Mail which is sent by first class post only special delivery items can be trased once it has been sent from our warehouse.
